Head Office is located in Melbourne. A modern two-story facility accommodates marketing, product management, sales, finance, administration, purchasing and engineering staff as well as the secure store, service centre, NATA accredited calibration laboratory and customer training area. In addition, Vicom has a sales, service and calibration facility located in Sydney, sales in Brisbane and Vicom New Zealand maintains a sales office in Auckland.
