 Service Bronze Priority Service Agreemnt

Agreement Includes :

  • Available on multi-year agreement.
  • Includes Annual Calibration.
  • ANSI/NCSL Z540 or ISO17025 Compliant Calibrations*.
  • NATA accredited calibrations available on many units.*
  • Installation of firmware upgrades as appropriate.
  • Reminders 28 days prior to when calibrations are due.
  • Typically 15% savings over five years compared to units not on an agreement.

 Service Silver Priority Service Agreemnt

Agreement includes the features of Bronze plus :

  • Priority Repairs.
  • Replacement of main and NVRAM batteries as required.
  • Upto 60% savings over unplanned repairs and calibrations.




 Service Gold Priority Service Agreemnt

Includes Silver and

  • Accelerated Calibration Turnaround Times
  • Accelerated Repair Turnaround Times
