Overview

The 4 Series B MSO combines performance and analysis capabilities to address the vast majority of engineering challenges with an industry-leading intuitive user interface. The “B” version features a significantly faster processor system that speeds analysis and makes controls 2X more responsive.

The 4 Series offers 4 or 6 analog channels with 12-bit ADCs, 200 MHz to 1.5 GHz bandwidth and up to 6.25 GS/s sample rate with record lengths of 31.25 or 62.5 Mpoints. In addition to analog waveform measurements, each channel can be used for spectrum analysis or equipped with an 8-channel logic probe.

It is available with a built-in function generator, support for over 25 serial protocols and power analysis packages, making it ideal for embedded system design, power supply design, and three-phase power electronics.
