Problem with Unit Recently Serviced

The warranty on repair work is stated on the service report issued at the time of repair.  Normally it is 3 months.  If you have experienced a problem within the warranty period, please enter the details below.  Do not return the unit to Vicom until you have been contacted by Vicom to do so.  Sometimes it is possible to resolve issues by phone, and if so this expedites resolution.  Please give the name and phone number of the person who can operate the unit while it is being discussed with Vicom technical staff by phone.
